| SwiftMail Communications has always respected the need for confidentiality and safety of our customers messages. This is why from Day One of its operations, Swift has focused on such key issues of online message encryption and decoding, secure file transfer and accessibility only to billing records. |
| |
| The above has been explained below |
 |
- While Swift is receiving any message from the customer into its system it is encrypted using UNIX's encryption system online. After all the pages in the message have been received from the customer all the encrypted pages of that message are transmitted to the Swift remote node using secure file transfer protocol developed by Swift's team of Core Programmers. In the remote site the messages are decrypted by the server just before the fax is delivered. Thus total security of the message is maintained during the receiving and storage period.
- The duplicate copy of the messages received (taken as online backup) are stored in a separate folder of the system for four hours only after the message has been delivered or rejected by the server. After such time the data of the message is completely expunged from the server and only the billing records like the time and date of receipt, senders user name, deliver number and number of pages are stored for later use.
- To add to the security features of the system, Swift has also designed the system is such a way that even the Customer Support Executives who help in the online tracking of the messages are unaware of the contents of the message and CANNOT view the messages even if they wanted to. The only data available to them is the billing records like the Unique Message ID, Senders User Name, Time and Date of Receipt and Delivery of the message, Number of faxes received and delivered and the Destination Fax Number.
|
| Thus we can proudly state that Swift's system is not only one of the best system on scales of Quality and speed of delivery but is also one of the most Secure and Confidential Fax Store and Forward Systems in the market today. |
