PC2fax - It's very Easy To Send a Fax From Your PC

• Compose or retrieve your document.
• Select "Swift Printer" as your printer and fill in fields.s
• Click "Send Fax"

Note: Custom and generic cover pages may be utilized and multiple attachments can be sent.

• Open new email
• Type efax@swift-online.com in the "To:" field and in the subject
• Attach documents to be faxed, click "Send" and your documents are delivered
  

You will receive a delivery confirmation in your email. It's so easy, once you're sending faxes from your email you'll wonder how you worked without Swift Email2Fax.

Once the fax is received SwiftMail's web server converts the fax into faxable format and sends it to the nearest delivery server. Here the fax is added to the queue and delivered once we are able to get the remote fax machine's faxtone. The message is re-tried in intervals of 5 minutes for 5 times and if it is undelivered the fax is sent back to the web server for generating the NDR. If the Fax is delivered, the report is also sent back to the web server. This report of delivery or non delivery is then sent to the customer as an Email.
